What does it cost?
$79 one-time, per seat. During the beta the complete app is free for everyone, and beta users lock in $49 at launch as a thank-you.
How does the free beta work?
For roughly the first three months the full app is free while the last pieces are polished with real users. Beta keys simply expire at launch, your projects are files on your own disk and stay yours; keep going with the 30-day trial or a license.
Is it a subscription?
No. You buy it once and it is yours: no recurring charge to open your own projects, and no date on which the app stops. Updates are included for the first year and renewing for more is optional. More on why in project management without a subscription
How do updates work?
Your license includes twelve months of updates from the day you buy, major versions included, and every update released in that year is yours to keep forever. After it, the app carries on exactly as it is with every feature you paid for. Want another year of updates? Renew. Do not want to? Nothing changes, nothing degrades.
Is the license tied to my PC?
Yes, that's what lets it validate offline with no activation server. One license covers two machines (say, work and home), and moving to a new PC is a free, same-day reissue.
What happens if GanttPulse disappears?
Your license keeps working: it validates offline with public-key cryptography, so there is no activation server that can be shut down. Your projects are files on your own disk, and you can export everything to Excel, CSV, MS Project XML, or JSON at any time.
Do I have to be online?
Only for the AI assistant, which calls the provider you choose. Everything else runs fully offline.
Is the interface available in other languages?
The app ships in English today, and reports handle right-to-left text such as Hebrew. Additional interface languages are available on request: tell us what your team needs at support@ganttpulse.com.
