If GanttPulse isn't right for you, email support@ganttpulse.com within 30 days of purchase from your order email (include the order number) and you'll get a full refund — no questions asked, though we'll gratefully read any feedback you want to share.
You can try everything first
Every download comes with a 30-day full-featured trial (and during the beta, the whole app is free) — so you never have to buy blind. The refund window is a safety net on top of that.
How refunds are processed
Refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider that handled your purchase, typically within 5–10 business days. When a refund is issued, the license key is revoked — your project files remain on your machine and are yours to keep or export.
Beta-discount purchases
Licenses bought at the beta lock-in price have exactly the same 30-day guarantee.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights that consumer-protection law grants you in your country.
