End User License Agreement
Plain-language terms for the license you buy.
1. The license you buy
One GanttPulse license covers one person. You may activate it on up to two machines you personally use (for example, a work PC and a home PC). The license is perpetual: it never expires, and there is no recurring charge to keep using the version you bought. Licenses validate offline using public-key cryptography — there is no activation server and the app never contacts us.
2. Trial and beta keys
Trial keys and free-beta keys are time-limited and expire on their stated date. During the beta the software is provided as-is, without charge, for evaluation and feedback. Your project files always remain yours and can be exported at any time, regardless of license state.
3. Updates
Minor and patch updates are free for your licensed major version, forever. Major new versions are an optional paid upgrade — your current version keeps working either way.
4. Your data
Your projects are files on your own machine or server. We never receive, store, or process them, and nothing in this agreement gives us any rights over your data. If you use the AI assistant, content you choose to send goes directly to the AI provider you configured, under that provider's terms — we are not in that path.
5. What you may not do
You may not resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the software or your license key; share a key beyond the machines the license covers; remove or defeat the license mechanism; or reverse-engineer the software except where the law expressly permits it.
6. No warranty
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We work hard to make it reliable (and publish our testing practices), but you are responsible for backing up your own files — they live on your infrastructure, not ours.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss on your own systems.
8. Termination
This license ends automatically if you materially breach it (for example, by redistributing keys). Sections about data ownership, warranty, and liability survive termination.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in it limits consumer rights that applicable law grants you and that cannot be waived.
